Business Visa Requirements

  • AThe application form needs to be signed.
  • Incomplete application form will be rejected.
  • Application form for minors must be signed by both parents.
• Photos
  • 2 passport size photo in colour.
• Passport Only copy is needed
  • Passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months after return to South Africa.
• Ticket
  • Proof of an onward/return ticket
• Letter of employment
  • Stating when applicant started and salary.
  • Stating leave days.
  • Stating the reason for travel.
• Proof of accommodation
  • Invitation letter from Korean resident OR confirmation of hotel booking
• Letter from the Bank
  • 6 Months bank statements required.
• Letter of invitation If Business
  • • Letter from the company being visited stating the reason and duration of the visit.

• Certified copy of RSA company registration and proof of tax payment.
• Original Police clearance

Important Note

• • South African Passport holders do not require a visa for holiday, transit,
    conference or business for less that 30 days.
  • Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
  • There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
  • For organised groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority.
