Requirements 
General Requirements
- Application form to be completed (Click here)
- Original passport with minimum validity of 3 months
- Proof of accommodation or hotel accommodation from Chad
- Employment letter from employer in South Africa stating the reason for travel
- 2 passport size photos (recent & colour)
- Copy of the passport information pages to be provided
- Copy of return ticket or confirmed flight booking
- Proof of means of subsistence (3 Months latest stamped bank statements)
- Original work or residence permit for Non-South African Passport holders
Additional Requirements for Business Visa
- Letter of Invitation from the company in Chad
Additional Requirements for minors under 20 Years old
- Certified letter of content signed by both parents
- Certified copy of applicants unabridged birth certificate
Important Note
- South African Passport holders traveling to Chad do require a Visa
- NB! No fixed travel arrangements to be made prior to issuing of visa.
