Requirements                         

General Requirements

• Valid Passport, at least 6 months validity from date of return.
• Application form, completed. (Click here)
• Two colour passport size photos.
• Letter of employment from the company in South Africa, stating duration and reason for visit o Rwanda.
• Copy of air ticket or itinerary.
• Yellow fever certificate

Additional Requirements for Tourist Visa

• Hotel booking confirmation
• 3 Months stamped bank statements showing sufficient funds

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of invitation from the company in Rwanda, stating the duration and purpose of visit.

Important Note

• South African passport holders do not require a visa to enter Rwanda.
