  • Passport, 6-month validity and 3 blank pages.

• Photos
  • Two recent passport photographs in color.
  • Photo as per photo guide. Passport size photos are not officially required for submission, as they will be taken when the passenger goes in to submit on application BUT we encourage our applicants to have a photo for precaution.
• Flight itinerary
  • An itinerary if you have made specific travel plans. This must not include purchased plane tickets, as we strongly urge that you do not purchase tickets or make irrevocable travel plans before obtaining a visa.
• Accommodation
  • Proof of accommodation in England. Hotel booking or Invite letter must state relationship, address, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address. Letter from sponsor stating there is sufficient space to accommodate the invitee
• Third party collection authorization form   Download Form
  • Pretoria and Johannesburg only: Applicants who have submitted applications in Pretoria and Johannesburg can fill in authorization form in order for Flash Visa Services to collect passports after processing. Applicants should also provide a copy of their ID or Passport along with this completed form.
• Evidence of income from property or land
  • If available, This could include property deeds, mortgage statements, tenancy agreements, accountant’s letters, land registration documents or crop receipts. If the property or land is registered in several names, you will need to explain how much you own. If the money earned from the land is shared, you should say how it is divided
• Marriage status
  • Marriage status – This could include a marriage certificate, a civil partnership certificate, a divorce certificate or a death certificate
• Employment letter
  • Letter from your employer or education institution confirming your employment/study and intended return
• Pay slips
  • If applicable, These should cover the previous six months. If your salary is paid directly into your bank account, you should provide the statements showing these payments
• Bank letter-(Visa Letter)
  • This should show the account balance, the account holder’s name and the date when the account was opened.
• Sufficient funds
  • Proof of sufficient funds. 6 months bank statements on bank letterhead not older than 2 weeks from appointment date. Proof of investments and savings. Please ensure that funds available are not less than R1000 per day multiplied by the number of days of the intended trip.
  • Business bank account statements: If you include these, you will need to explain why you are allowed to spend the money from a business account if you are on a private visit
• Minor Children (if applicable)   Download Form
  • If traveling with children 18years or younger, Please complete Parental consent form, certify it and submit along with certified documents such as Unabridged birth certificates, Parents IDs, Marriage certificates/court orders

Additional documents for business visa

• Invitation letter
  • Detailed invitation letter from the company/host
• Evidence of any previous dealings with the UK company that you are visiting
  • If available, This could include any evidence of business meetings email conversations company activities/ invoices
• Employment letter
  • Letter from your employer or education institution confirming your employment/study and intended return

Important Note

How Does It Work?

• Visas are required by South African Passport holders
• Visa applications are lodged at TLS VAC.
• Flash Visa Services cc does not screen your supporting documents
• All we require is you’re filled in application form and passport copy. if all is in order with the form we will assist by generating the online application, pay the embassy visa fees, setting up an appointment for the applicant to go to visa center for biometric data.
• Flash Visa Services will collect Visa once done if in Johannesburg or Pretoria and return back to the client when the embassy has made a decision
• Standard processing for UK visa takes 16 working days from the appointment and if applicants want it earlier i.e. within 6 working days there is an additional TLS express fee.
• Embassy reserves the right to request additional information beyond their standard checklist.

Express process – 5 to 8 Working days
