Requirements                         

Tourist visa:

The tourist visa shall be utilized within three (3) months from the date of issue. Please note that the holder of a Tourist visa shall leave Myanmar within 28 days of arrival.

• The applicant shall submit (4) four colour photographs (I.D size) in colour
• Four application forms completed  (Click here)
• The holder of the Tourist Visa shall leave Myanmar before the expiry of stay.
• A copy of the air ticket and hotel booking must be attached to the application form and valid passport to be submitted (6 months with 3 consecutive blank pages).

Business visa requirements:

The Business Visa shall be utilized within three (3) months from the date of issue  

• Valid passport (6 months with 3 consecutive blank pages)
• The applicant shall submit (4) four colour photographs (I.D size)   (Click here)
• Four application forms,
• Letter from South African company stating business to be conducted and employment in South Africa.
• Letter of Invitation from the host in Myanmar
  • Contact name and telephone number of the person in Myanmar.
• Copy of Hotel reservation to be attached to the application form and Guarantee letter from applicants company.
• The holder of the Business Visa shall leave Myanmar before the expiry of stay.
• A copy of air ticket must be attached to application form.

• Visas are required by South African Passport holders
