General Requirements

• • Application form    (Click here)
    • • The application form needs to be signed.
      • An incomplete application form will be rejected.
      • Application form for minors must be signed by both parents.
  • Photos
    • • 2 passport size photo in colour.
  • Passport Only copy is needed
    • • Passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months after return to South Africa.
  • Ticket
    • • Proof of an onward/return ticket
      • The applicant will depend on the number of entries issued to the applicant will
        depend on the number of entries indicated on the flight schedule
  • Letter of employment
    • • Stating when applicant started and salary.
      • Stating leave days.
      • Stating the reason for travel
  • A copy of the permanent/temporary residence, study/work permit should it not
    Be endorsed into the passport but issued on a separate document.

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• • Letter of invitation If Business
    • • Letter from the company being visited stating reason and duration of the visit.

Important Note

• South African passport holders do not require a visa for a stay of up to 30 days.
• Should the applicant need a longer stay, an Entry Stamp issued upon arrival in Singapore must be extended at the Immigration Check Point
• Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
• There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• For organized groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority.
