General Requirements

• Valid Passport with the original residence permit
• 2 Passport size photo’s
• Application form completed fully   (Click here)
• Letter of Employment stating reason and duration of travel
• Proof of sufficient funds ( Latest 3 Months Bank Statements stamped)
• Itinerary
• Hotel Booking Confirmation
• Yellow Fever certificate
• Original valid work/Residence permit for Non-South African passport holder for South Africa

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of invitation from the host company in Malaysia

Important Note

• South African passport holders do not require a visa for a stay of up to 90 days,
• Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
• There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• For organized groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority.
