General Requirements

• Application form completed fully and neatly  (Click here)
• One clear colour Photo.
• Clear colour copy of Passport
  • Passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months after return to South Africa.
• Itinerary or ticket
• Hotel booking confirmation – For tourist
• Permanent Residence Permit in South Africa or a copy of South African ID for NON-SA Passport holders

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of employment in colour
• Letter of invitation
  • Letter from the company being visited stating reason and duration of the visit.

Important Note

• All documents can be emailed to Flash Visa Services if applying for E Visa
• Visas are required by South African passport holders.
  Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
• There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• For organized groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority.
