• Clear colour copy of passport, at least 6 months validity from date of return.
• Application form, completed. (Click here)
• Clear colour passport copy
• Yellow fever certificate.
• Letter of Employment from South African Company explaining the reason for the visit.
• Itinerary or copy of air ticket.
• Letter of invitation
• Proof of accommodation
• ID Copy

Important Note

• All documents must be emailed to us.
• Visas are required by South African Passport holders.
