Business Visa

• Letter of employment from the sending company.
• Invitation letter
• Passport Photo (Colour)
• Clear colour copy of Passport
• Copy of any previous Zimbabwean Visas issued (If Any)
• Proof of residence in Country of Origin

A Business Visa is issued to foreigners traveling to Zimbabwe for business-related purposes such as consultancy or to offer services. It may be granted for a period of 30 (thirty) days and is non-renewable

Holiday Visa

• Application form completed (Click here)
• Hotel booking confirmation
• Passport Photo (Colour)
• Clear colour copy of Passport
• Copy of any previous Zimbabwean Visas issued (If Any)
• Proof of residence in Country of Origin

Holiday Visa is issued to foreigners entering Zimbabwe temporarily for tourism, sightseeing, to visit family and friends or other private purposes

Conference Visa

• Proof of conference
• Employment letter from the company
• Passport Photo (Colour)
• Clear colour copy of Passport
• Copy of any previous Zimbabwean Visas issued (If Any)
• Proof of residence in Country of Origin

Conference Visa is issued to foreigners traveling to Zimbabwe for purposes of attending a Conference Seminar or Workshop. It may be granted for a period of 30 days and is non-renewable

Important Note

• South African Passport holders will be able to obtain gratis single-entry visa stamp at their port of entry into Zimbabwe.
• The Embassy of Zimbabwe does not issue Visas and all visas are done online
