General Requirements

  • The application form needs to be signed.
  • The incomplete application form will be rejected.
  • Application form for minors must be signed by both parents.
• Photos
  • 2 passport size photo in colour.
• Passport
  • Passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months after return to South Africa.
• Ticket
  • Proof of an onward/return ticket
• Letter of employment
  • Stating when applicant started and salary.
  • Stating leave days.
  • Stating the reason for travel.
• Proof of accommodation
• Proof of Sufficient funds.
  • 3 Months latest stamped bank statements
• yellow fever certificate

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of invitation from the host company in Bolivia

Important Note

• Visas are required by South African passport holders.
• Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
• There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• For organized groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority
