• A valid passport which must be valid for at least 6 months or longer than intended return date with at least 3 blank pages
• Application form completed (Business form) or (Tourist form)
• Two (2) Passport size colour photograph
• Letter of Employment from South African company.
• Copy of round-trip ticket or itinerary
• Accommodation reservation

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Business Visa – Letter of invitation from the company in Madagascar
