General Requirements

• Application form completed (Click here)
• 2 passport size photos (Colour)
• Valid passport
  • Valid minimum of 6 months with 2 blank pages
• Confirmation of hotel reservation
• Photocopy of vaccination book (Yellow Fever)
• Police clearance certificate (recent)
• Last 3 months bank statements confirming sufficient funds (tourist)
• Photocopy of air ticket and itinerary
• Letter from the company in SA confirming employment and visit for a business trip.
  • The applicant is to provide 3 months bank statements confirming sufficient funds unless the company is covering the applicant financially, it must be stated in the letter.

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Invitation letter from Equatorial Guinea
  • The letter must be from the Security Department (General Director), with the Government stamp on the letter.)

• Multiple entry visas cannot be guaranteed.
