Requirements                             

Tourist Visa Requirements

• Valid Passport, at least 6 months validity from date of return.
• Application form, completed. (Click here)
• Two colour passport size photos.
• Letter of Employment from South African Company explaining the reason for the visit.
• Itinerary and copy of air ticket.
• Proof of hotel Confirmation.
• Proof of funds.

Business Visa Requirements

• Valid passport (minimum of 6 months) (Ensure there are 2 blank pages to affix visa)
• Completed visa application form (Click here)
• 2 Passport size photos (recent / colour), 50mm x 50mm
• Letter of invitation from Congo (to be authenticated by the “Direction de la Surveillance du Territoire – Homeland Directorate)
• Hotel Reservation
• Employment Letter stating nature of business and duration of travel. Letter must also state that company will cover cost while traveling to Congo
• Itinerary or air tickets. A copy of the air ticket confirming arrival and departure dates is compulsory
