Requirements                  

Business Visa

• Completed Visa application   (Click here)
• Two (2) identical photos of the applicant;
• Original passport, which must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized stay in the Philippines;
• Letter or a written statement from the sponsoring company stating the purpose of travel, length of stay, and the company is to be visited in the Philippines
• Copy of airline ticket/travel itinerary;
• Confirmed hotel booking
• Employment letter from South African company stating the reason for travel

Tourist Visa

• Completed Visa application     (Click here)
• Two (2) identical photos of the applicant
• Original passport, which must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized stay in the Philippines;
• Proof of financial means (such as a recent bank statement) or Affidavit of Support as proof of financial capability; or Certificate of Employment; or any document showing the applicant’s net worth;
• Copy of airline ticket/travel itinerary;
• Confirmed hotel booking or invitation letter from the Philippines

Important Note

• Visas are not required by South African passport holders for business and holiday if the stay does not exceed 21 days.
• Visa applications will be rejected if application forms are not fully completed & signed & are not accompanied by the required documents.
• There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• For organized groups, arrangements should be made well in advance with the relevant issuing authority.
