Requirements
General Requirements
- Application form (Click here)
- The application needs to be signed.)
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.)
- Passport
- The passport needs to be valid for more than 6 months)
- The passport needs to have at least 2 empty pages)
- Two colour passport photos.
- Letter of employment
- Stating the reason for travel and travel dates
- Flight Itinerary
- Yellow fever certificate
Additional Requirements for Business Visa
- Letter of Invitation from the host in DRC (for business visas)
- The letter must be in French
- Copy of Passport of the person who signed the Invitation letter
Additional Requirements for Tourist Visa
- Confirmed hotel booking
- Itinerary
Additional Requirements for Minors under 18 years old
- Unabridged Birth Certificate
- Consent letters from both parents
- Letters from the school stating the applicant is a student
Important Note
- Visas are required by South Africa passport holders.
- The Embassy will not accept responsibility for any delays caused
by inadequately documented applications. - The Embassy will not accept cash payments for payment of visas.
