Flight itinerary
- Confirmation of flight reservation
Accommodation
- Copy of Hotel booking
Employment letter
- Letter of employment in SA
Passport Copy
- Copies of the information page(s) of passport including the date of issue, expiry date, and photograph as well as passport number

Letter of invitation
- A letter of invitation from host must be submitted whether for business, studies or attending conference/seminars

Important Note

Visas are required by SA passport holders.
The SA passport is to be valid a minimum of 3 months, please ensure there are 2 blank pages
