Requirements
General Requirements
- Passport AND a clear copy of passport.
- 1 Application form (fully completed) (Click here)
- One passport size photo. (3.5cm x 4.5cm) (Colour)
- Proof of accommodation OR invitation letter from Serbia certified in the local municipality. The invitation letter needs to contain the name, address and contact details of the invitee, your full name and passport number as well as the dates of the visit.
- Proof of finance (Approx EURO 50 available per day).
- Copy of return ticket (or reservation)
- Letter of employment stating reason and dates of travel to Serbia
Additional requirements for business
- An invitation letter from the company in Serbia is required confirming trip
Additional requirements for Minors
- Minors require an unabridged birth certificate and parent/s consent letter

Important Note
- Holders of foreign passports (THIS INCLUDES South African passport holders) with a valid Schengen visa, visa for Great Britain, as well as the visas of other country members of the European Union, or with a valid USA visa or holders of foreign passports who have residence permit in the countries of Schengen zone, countries members of European Union, or USA can travel in the Republic of Serbia without a visa, and stay in Serbia up to 30 days.
- Visas are required by South Africa passport holders.
- If a passenger is in possession of a valid Schengen, UK or USA visa, he does not require a Serbian visa for a stay of up to 30 days. The valid visa must be in the valid passport that the passenger is traveling with
