General Requirements

• Valid Passport, at least 6 months validity from date of return.
• Application form, completed. (Click here)
• Two colour passport size photos.
• Letter of employment from the company in South Africa.
  • The letter needs to state the duration and reason for the visit.
• Itinerary or air ticket

Additional Requirements for Tourist Visa

• Financial means
  • Latest 3 months bank statements
• Proof of accommodation

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of invitation if traveling for business purposes.
  • The letter needs to state the duration and reason for the visit.

Important Note

• South African passport holders do not require a visa for Zambia
• NB! All documents must be in duplicate.
