• Enjaz registration is mandatory for entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Enjaz registration process will be completed by the Visa Service Centre staff for the applicant. Applicant must acknowledge the correctness of the information before signing the Enjaz form.
• Invitation letter / Visa document issued by the host company in Saudi Arabia from MOFA certified by Chamber of Commerce.
• Company registration from the host company in Saudi Arabia.
• Original Letter of employment to be printed on company letterhead from applicant company in South Africa.
  • Letter of employment to be directed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
  • Letter of employment to state the following:
  • Applicant name, Passport number, Job title, Purpose of visit and employment date. Company business of the Applicant in South Africa. Interested Business between both parties.
• Company registration from applicant company in South Africa.
• All South African applicant traveling to Saudi Arabia on Business visa are required to provide Meningococcal Meningitis vaccine.
• Yellow Fever Certificate
• One recent passport-size colour photograph depicting full face (white background).

• Block visa issued from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi for Work visa.
• Invitation letter from any Saudi company certified by the Chamber of Commerce / Copy of preapproval for Work visa issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia. Invitation letter should contain the name of the agency as VFS Tasheel or the name of the applicant & passport number.
• Company registration for the sponsor in Saudi.
• Residence proof and copy of the same for applicants who are not nationals of the host country.
• Enjaz registration is mandatory for entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Enjaz registration process will be completed by the Visa Service Center staff for the applicant. Applicant must acknowledge the correctness of the information before signing the Enjaz form. 8. Electronic authorization certified by MOFA of KSA or legal sponsorship or authorization of employer certified by concerned department of KSA for domestic labor.

• Original and valid Police clearance less than 6-month-old during the time of submitting the visa application.
• Medical examination report from a medical center accredited with the embassy.
• Valid Medical report (HIV / Hepatitis B Antigen / Hepatitis C / Chest X-ray (PTB) , Yellow fever card)
• Medicals can be done through approved lab. Please print the medical report form from website and must be completed in full be licensed General Practitioner. The GP name, License number, Signature, Stamp and Clinic address should appear clearly on the medical form. • Attested qualifications and it needs to be certified with original stamp from Saudi embassy.
  (Qualifications needs to be certified from High court and department of education and after needs to be stamped from Saudi embassy)
• Signed contract attested by MOFA in Saudi. Employment contract signed by the two parties and attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, along with a copy of it.
