• Valid Passport, at least 6 months validity from date of return.
• Application form, completed (Click here)
• Two colour passport size photos.
• Letter of employment from the company in South Africa.
  • The letter needs to state the duration and reason of the visit.

Additional Requirements for Business Visa

• Letter of invitation if traveling for business purposes.

Additional Requirements for Tourist Visa

• Hotel booking confirmation

Important Note

• South African passport holders do not require a visa to enter Malawi
