Requirements
Tourist Visa
- Valid Passport
- Must have at least 6 months validity from date of return.
- Must have at least 2 open pages next to each other.
- Online Application form completed with uploaded photo (Click here)
- Flash Visa Services can assist with the online application form
- One clear colour photo
- Itinerary and copy of air ticket.
- Yellow fever certificate.
- Employment letter from the company in South Africa.
- Stating the reason for travel and entry and exit dates out of Ghana
- Hotel Confirmation.
- Latest 3 Months stamped bank statements showing sufficient funds available
- Copy of South African Id
NON-South African passport holders must have one of the following:
- Original South African Id
- Residence Permit for South Africa
- Valid Work Permit for South Africa
Business Visa
- Valid Passport
- Must have at least 6 months validity from date of return.

- Copy of Ghana Passport of the host who signed invitation letter
- Copy of South African Id
NON-South African passport holders must have one of the following:
- Original South African Id
- Residence Permit for South Africa
- Valid Work Permit for South Africa
Important Note
- Flash Visa Services can assist with the online application form
- The Ghana Embassy in Pretoria will be closed every Friday.
- No Visas will be submitted or collected on a Friday.
- Friday’s does not count as a working day
- South African Passport holders do need a Visa for Ghana
