• Original Passport
• 2 Clear colour photo’s
• Invitation letter from Gabon
• Company registration Certificate (for owners) based in South Africa
• Proof of Employment signed and confirmed by the employer
• Hotel reservation from Gabon booked by the company
• Return itinerary ticket
• Copy of yellow fever Certificate or vaccination Certificate

VISIT VISA (file in duplicate)

• Application form completed and signed (Click here)
• 2 Colour passport size photo’s
• Original Valid Passport
• Invitation letter from Gabon certified by the City Hall
• Hotel reservation from Gabon signed by the manager or Accommodation Certificate certified by the City Hall
• Certified copy of Gabonese ID, Passport or Residence Card of the person who is inviting
• Employment letter in South Africa
• Letter from an academic institution or proof of registration of the current academic year for students
• 3-month bank statement maximum
• Marriage Certificate for married people
• Return itinerary ticket
• Copy of yellow fever Certificate or vaccination Certificate

TOURIST VISA (file in duplicate)

• Application form completed and signed (Click here)
• 2 colour passport size photo’s
• Original Valid Passport
• Hotel reservation from Gabon signed by the manager or Accommodation Certificate certified by the City Hall
• Employment letter in South Africa
• Company Registration Certificate
• Letter from an academic institution or proof of registration of the current academic year for students
• 3-month bank statement maximum
• 6-month maximum validity Police Clearance from the based country
• Return itinerary ticket
• Copy of yellow fever Certificate or vaccination Certificate

DIPLOMATIC VISA

• Note Verbal
• 2 colour passports size photos

• Collection Days: Tuesday’s & Thursday’s
• South African passport holders do not require a visa to enter Gabon for a stay less than 30 days.
